Here’s a Flip video of my take-off from Phoenix today. I arrived in Louisville, Kentucky today just minutes before the start of the Kentucky Derby, the most exciting 2 minutes in sports! It’s nuts around here with the Derby. Hats, suits, parties, excitement, it is happening here in Louisville.

I didn’t come here for that, though. Next Saturday the University of Louisville will hold their graduation and as I have already wrote, Beth will be graduating. It’s hard to fathom.

I had a layover in St. Louis and met a couple of cool people. I was sitting in Chili’s drinking a concoction of tomato juice etc. and there was a doctor to my left and a music promoter on my right. The doctor was from Louisville and he gave me some great recommendations for that Hot Brown. I am looking forward to having my first world famous sandwich from Louisville.

Notice Camelback Mountain in the background shortly after take-off.

It is three hours later here than Phoenix. My internal clock is messed up! And it is in the LOW 40s here tonight…Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
