I decided to pick out pictures from the past couple months that the blog has been unavailable. We’ll start with the sunrise on September 30th:

Here we have ….

Excellence in the workplace

Excellence in the workplace

In October, we had a team builder and went bowling. As the score card proves, I (Dr. Phil) am athletically superior on my team. Having not bowled in many years, I still mustered a 183 to crush my co-workers. This was a computer print out of the game as everything has gone hi-tech. There was not paper or pencil to score the game. The computer did everything. Probably all the better as I and Jerry were the only ones that could score the game. My team is a bit on the young side.

Big Red, Arizona Cardinal's mascot

Big Red, Arizona Cardinal

I met Big Red, the mascot of the Western division Champion Arizona Cardinals! I asked if this was THE real mascot, or just an impostor wearing the outfit. He didn’t appreciate that and sat down with his back turned to us. I had to apologize.

Grand Canyon from the air

Grand Canyon from the air

My daughter Beth came for a visit. She had never seen the Grand Canyon. I had planned a trip to see it. My brother had purchased an air tour from a silent auction going to the Grand Canyon! He gave it to us. It was a great way to visit what is considered one of the Wonders of the World.

The Amazing Grand Canyon

While there, I took pictures with my phone and sent them back to work through email. They thought we were posing in front of a picture! That is the real deal. It was 32 degrees that day, which explains the jacket. I also saw snow for the first time in almost two years! It was great.

Camelback Mountain Hike

Camelback Mountain Hike

I had been wanting to climb Camelback Mountain again. Beth and I went up last Saturday. While it was still a strenuous hike for me, the cooler temps made it much easier. It is a mountain many underestimate. Just two days earlier, a man collasped and passed away while hiking here. It unfortunately is a common story here. We were treated to a desert Christmas tree on the summit. The Sierra Club had decorated it.

Sunday's Sunset

And that’s the story in pictures of the past couple of months.
