Cool Erin! Totally agree. I’ve even had a few Dunkin Donut coffee drinkers cross over … and that i samazing as they are fanatical.

I LOVE Dutch Brothers! We stop there a couple of times a month. We would go more often, but the nearest one is across town. They are faster and nicer than Starbucks, the quality of the coffee is far better, and the kids menu is more kid friendly. I have been telling everyone to switch to DB!

Thanks for your comment, Jesse. I am still stopping almost every day on my way to work. Dutch Bros really has created a culture of service you don’t find in many businesses. Oh yes! The window stickers … I should put them together and write a post about them.

I love Dutch bros even though I rarely drink coffee. Here in Woodland, CA we are fortunate to have two Dutch bros I like the fact that there drive throughs in which none of our four Starbucks have I also enjoy receiving a new Dutch Bros. Window stickers there cool to collect.

Thanks for your comment, Roy. Dog treats … that’s right! I’ve seen them giving those out. So funny as the dogs always have their heads poking out the window knowing what is coming. DutchBros does those little things big corporations lose sight of.

My wife and I found Dutch Bros. a few years ago and have been shamelessly plugging them ever since. Coffee, service, dog treats etc…. everything is not just better, there is no comparison w/ Star Bucks. They out of SB’s league.

Hi Lorraine — it is true that Dutch Bros culture really puts an emphsis on service. I rescently wnet to Starbucks when I was in Laughlin, NV …. guess what they were out of on their service counter? HALF and HALF!! Couldn’t believe it. They did replace it quickly though, after I asked for it. I have no problem with Starbucks making a profit and hope they do … but they definitly need to take a page from the Dutch Bros manuel on treating the customer like family!
