Phoenix Suns’ Shining Loss!

I went to my first Phoenix Suns game the other night. They were playing the Philadelphia 76ers and to my disappointment, lost 114-119. What was cool was that the seats were the corporate suite of the company I presently work for. I won the tickets by having the highest closing percentage against the top producers for the last week of last month. That story is for another time.
What I really respect about the Suns is their approach to the game. They play as a team. Steve Nash is just unstoppable. Amare Stoudemire is developing into one of the premiere players in the league. He had three monstrous dunks in the game. O’Neal (Shaq) moves surprisingly well for a man his age and size. Grant Hill, a great person and experienced player. But, Phoenix is now 2-4 with the Shaq Attack. Well below standards for this team. I hope it is just the adjustment period since the trades. The game came down to the 76ers shooting over 50% and the Suns turning the ball over 18 times. That isn’t going to cut it.
The Suns are a great group of players. They have restored my interest in the NBA again. I’ll keep the world informed on their progress. Translation: This will not be the last post about the Phoenix Suns. GO SUNS!
