It’s a Bird! A Plane! No! Another Sighting Over the Skies of Phoenix: The Space Shuttle

Actually, the Space Shuttle passed over the Phoenix valley just about an hour ago! Thanks to Julie, a regular reader here whose husband works for NASA. She alerted us to to the Space Shuttle’s path. I saw her message literally minutes prior to the scheduled flyover of the Shuttle from 7:15 to 7:20 here over the valley. The path was from the southwest sky toward the northeast.
Talk about timeliness. The flight path was exactly those times. I snapped the best picture I could here:

Great shot! You caught the shuttle when it was low, returning back to Earth on its trip to Florida. Glad my post made you able to get this. You can use the link to check on Space Station and the ATV from now on. They obviously won’t be so close to Earth, just shiny blips in the dusk/dawn sky.
