In my 90 day challenge, I really focused on replacing just my lunch with the shake, ate more often healthy snacks like fruits and veggies (because I like to snack). And my exercise was mostly walks and hikes. I did now and then do a fairly strenuous hike. That was like a 2 or so mile hike up Squaw Peak her in the valley. It&#039;s short but STEEP. 

I say take a look at what types of food you are eating. I&#039;d be curious.

I used the shakes as a replacement for my expensive lunches and sugary snacks. I was happy with it and still have a shake now and then. I can say for me, long term meal replacement is not what I am or was looking for. I STILL have to update a final post that will talk about me a year later and what has happened :) ... 		<description>im bummed cause ive been doing the transformation kit for over 2 weeks now have not lost 1 inch, and gained 2-3  lbs! so frustrating:S  i work out 2-3 times a week, and am a waitress and have two small children so i lead a pretty active lifestyle. any advice?</description>

I add fruit and blend with ice for a smoothie.  I eat a regular dinner but my regular dinners are getting smaller since I can&#039;t eat everything on my plate anymore.  I am diabetic and medicine use has gone down.  I have been trying to loss weight and have not had any luck until I came across this.  I have much more energy in the afternoon after work so I feel like doing more.  I was not over weight to begin with but had put on pounds.  I had heart surgery about 2 years ago so my weight went up before the surgery and I could not seem to lose it.  This stuff is great.</description>

		<description>Stopped at Dutch Bros while passing through Moses Lake WA.  There were 4 cars in line ahead of us.  The workers would run out the back door to take the order for the next car in line then run back in and have it ready when you drove up. They appeared to be having a lot of fun and great interaction with the customers.  We love Dutch Bros.</description>
