I rescently wnet to Starbucks when I was in Laughlin, NV .... guess what they were out of on their service counter? HALF and HALF!! Couldn't believe it. They did replace it quickly though, after I asked for it. I have no problem with Starbucks making a profit and hope they do ... but they definitly need to take a page from the Dutch Bros manuel on treating the customer like family! Thanks for your comment.
