Lo and behold, the sun has risen at least twice since then. ;) Politics should NEVER be about the party, but instead about the issues at hand, Political affiliation gives individuals an "out" that causes them to line up behind the party of choice, and spew party line drivel, all the while allowing real issues to go unattended, or abused.
